I’m always getting inspired by the things I surround myself in such as music, video games and movies. Those things are the exact reason why I chose to be a Media Design student and have pursued art my whole life.
One of my favorite aesthetics is futuristic/cyberpunk so it’s not too much of a surprise that my favorite game is Cyberpunk 2077. But I’m also inspired a lot by the Kpop girl group, Aespa. A lot of Aespa’s music and videos are heavily inspired by a very futuristic and cyber look and sound which I love.
I would love to design something with these aesthetics in mind and might even create a fan design for the group whatever that may be. I have done a typography infographic before on another artist, DPR Ian, and really enjoyed that project so I might create another one but for Aespa! I think my skills have improved so it would be interesting to see what I will do differently this time around!
