Just a few weeks ago, my Design class finally finished our 2025 portfolio show designs! Unfortunately my design did not win the vote to be the final design for the actual show, but I’m still happy with how it turned out.
This was my design for the invitations. All of the items such as the poster, window cling, book, etc. are all variants of this design and layout.
The colors had to stick to Southeast Techs color scheme which is a light and dark blue. Sometimes it’s challenging to work with such a limited color scheme but luckily I like these colors a lot so it wasn’t too difficult to work with.
I wanted to keep the overall design very welcoming but also professional and that is what inspired the round-ness and circles in the design.

These are just a few pages of the booklet I designed for the show.
Even though I didn’t win, I still learned a lot looking at the rest of my classmates designs and what to work on in the future.
